Hey, it really IS Wednesday, huh, Box-Killa------?!?!?!
Thanks for a review, Man, really. I can't tell you just how much it means to me that someone like you, who practically LIVES in the Audio Portal would stop by and leave a few words. I'll definitely work on trying to get things mixed down better next time. Thanks again, BK. *heads over to check out some of your work*
Happy Wednesday to you TOO, Dude. Until we might meet again. . .

............Take care, be good and "BOO!", it's almost Halloween.period
:(Gaia:)

It's not dnb without the b!!!

I thought the drums were awesome :D So much glitch...

It really needs bass, you can't have a good bass song without dnb, it's essentual.

The piano and pad were mastered quite well, except the piano should have been a tad

louder and the pad a bit lower

You really didn't experiment much with the piano or background, you needed a fast part

with the piano, were it goes dadadadaddada and the drums suddenly stop. And then they

explode in.... I dno just experiment more with not only the drums but every aspect

Also the progression was not interesting for me, it kinda made me a bit sad, but there was

not strong sense of feel, maybe it was a bit random.

Try using some different scales then what you normally use

like the harmonic minor scale?

well the drums were fantastic :D Good job on that

and it sorta retains your style, so that was cool

keep it up :D

SessileNomad responds:

harmonic minor scale sound bad to me, ive never made somthing in it and been like, fuck yeah, that was good

lol i would need a bass if this were traditional DnB, but this is ambient anb, so the bass is less importent, plus i have an impssibly hard time mixing bass into ambient stuff, you know that

actually i did use differnt scales in this song, i think the first one was F minor, then it went to B minor

glad you liked it enough for the 8

peace homie

ha nice job

this is pretty cool, reminds me of pupets. That snare is kinda wierd, is that a flanger?

it could do with some mastering but id deffinately kepy me entertained :D Keep it up!

fuzzum111 responds:

Thanks for the review, and nah that's not a flanger, just a combo of one of the snars plus a few filters.

nice

I really like the mastering of the drums, really clear concise sound, gj with that :D

But the levels are a bit off, maybe increase the sound of the lead and reduce the sound of the drums, loudness i mean. Anyway, nice song, fun to listen to XD

MattReeves responds:

Thanks! Yeah, I always push the beat as much as I can get away with (: As for the mixing, I will probably re-upload the song at a later time. I just wanted to get the song to all your ears! A better mixed version will appear in the future.

cool

This is very much like dimrain, I like his songs a lot. Although the mastering is not that great,

the tune is OUT OF THIS WORLD, but I think you could be better than him, just make your

synths all sound nice, add some nice drums, reverb, filtering, eqing, you could be the next

big hit :D In summary, this had a very nice tune, make the sound better. Download nexus

VST, or search for some other online synth, there are plenty out there, with awesome

sounds at your disposal :D

If you have any time, do ya mind taking a look at this song I made? Rate and review please :D Awesome, Thanks, Bye :D

thanks dude :)

ive never heard of dimrain nor do i know how to master tracks but i will deffinitly give that nexus thing a try :D

thanks for the positive comment ^_^

interesting

I like that rackey sort of synth, pretty cool and original. This would suit a funny sorta flash game :D

well it was cool, very interesting, keep up the good work :D

noticed a lot of presets, esspecially inferno lol. thats ok, inferno rocks, just maybe tweak some knobs and add some effects to make it sound a bit defferent

What you need to do is adjust the volume level of each synth to get the levels right, the levels seem rather off, like one thing is louder then the other.

Maybe a snare and a hat would be nice too :D

I hope i helped you lol, but yea....

well if you have anytime can you take a look this ? thanks :D
